What is a Seller Authorization Form?
The Seller Authorization form allows Action Title Services to request information from third parties that is necessary to complete a closing. This includes obtaining copies of prior insurance policies, surveys, and financial information related to loans, mortgages, and debts that influence the timely closing of this transaction. All of this is detailed within the form itself.

TRUSTEE INFORMATION FORM
What is a Trustee Information Form?
If a title is to be taken in a Trust, Action Title Services requires the completion of a Trustee Information Form. As defined by Florida law, a trustee of a Trust can hold a title to real estate, but the Trust itself cannot.
